Who we are
Premium Tesla Taxi provides private Tesla rides in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. Contact: reservations@premiumteslataxi.com, 20 Pemberly, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and email; ride details you enter (pickup, stops, destination, date and time, address types, flight number, luggage, child seat, notes); payment method choice; and, if you create an account, your sign-in email. Drivers share their location while on a ride so riders can see their car arriving.
How we use it
Only to run the service: scheduling and confirming rides, pricing your trip, contacting you about your booking, tracking flights for airport pickups, processing payments and handling refunds. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Google Maps (address suggestions and route distance), Square (card payments — we never see or store your full card number) and our cloud hosting provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Ride records are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and tax purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows.
Your choices
You can delete your account and ride history in the app (Account → Delete account) or on our Delete account page. You can also email reservations@premiumteslataxi.com to access, correct or delete your data. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know and delete personal information.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Child seat bookings are made by a parent or guardian.

We will post any changes here and update the date above.
